The staff was incredibly friendly and provided good services. This was exactly the a double room I wanted in Kalamazoo. There was a nice sized bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets;)))

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was amazingly comfortable and the bed was quiet. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge in the room, really enjoyed that. The local staff were very pleasant and great. This location was great, close enough to a restaurant.

This incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable hotel has marvellous location next to a restaurant and hill. Plus, it is set 2 miles from Skyridge Church. The rooms are a nice size and generally offer climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was nice size.

Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles. We got a double room and appreciated it.

The hotel was located close to a restaurant as well as hill. We had cable channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator in the suite. The bathroom was beautiful, with a bathtub.

This hotel has a wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff who make guests feel valued and important. The room design is well suited for business travelers with a need for computer work and leisure tasks. The breakfast is delicious and worth the expense. The rooms are spacious with separate sleeping and sitting areas, which include TVs. Guests appreciate the welcoming attitude of the entire team and their dedication to making sure clients' needs are met.

There was a miscommunication about breakfast times, which caused some travelers to miss out on the meal they had expected.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered a double room. It was comfy and easy to move around, private bathroom.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was modern. The room was large and had private bathroom plus a microwave and a refrigerator. Its location was particularly good in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was 1 mile away from Voyage Church.

my room was a nice size thanks to the helpful staff. the location turned out to be favourable. it was 15 mins drive to the airport. loved climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel's facilities and location were great. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made sure all our needs were met, and we felt valued.
